Kelly went well above and beyond what any realtor has done for us in the past (and I have bought and sold 6 homes before this recent purchase). I was only able to visit the Bozeman area at the start of our house hunt. The rest of the process to evaluate and select a house was done remotely. Kelly was able to visit all of the options very quickly and recorded videos with commentary to provide me and my wife with enough information to make decisions. Kelly also had to do more work on my behalf because we were considering both buying an existing home and building one.

After we selected the home, worked directly with the builder to make sure they completed all of the punch list items from my wife’s walk-through with the builder. Kelly also took care of hiring an inspector for us who was the most diligent and meticulous inspector I have ever met. We closed remotely and Kelly took care of getting the keys and making sure the house was closed up properly. He has also met other people at the house on our behalf until we are able to be there in person. He has a great sense of humor and is fun to be with. ~Jim D
